When does my order ship? How to read the delivery-time markings

When a filter needs changing, you want to know exactly when your order will arrive. That's why every product card shows a clear estimate of how quickly the product leaves us. Here's a short explanation of the markings.

Dispatch time is not the same as arrival time

The marking on the product card shows the dispatch time – how quickly the product leaves our warehouse. Once dispatched, the carrier usually delivers it within a further 1–3 working days (within the EU). So the total time is dispatch time + transit time.

The markings in brief

Available – Delivery time 1–4 days

The product is in stock and ships within 1–4 working days. Most of our range is in this state.

Available – Delivery time 4–8 days

The product is available, but we restock it before dispatch.

Available – Delivery time 7–14 days

The product is available, but sourcing it to us takes a little longer.

You always see the marking on the product card before ordering, so you know the delivery time at the time of purchase.

94% of our orders ship on time within the promised 1–4 days

A promise is worthless if it isn't kept. That's why we track the actual figures: the vast majority of orders ship on time, and we keep working to push that number even higher.

How to ensure a smooth delivery

Check the delivery-time marking on the product card before ordering.

If you order several products, look at the one with the longest delivery time.

Order your filters well before the change is due.
