Customer service

Our customer service is available on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm at +358 10 279 0000.

General information about delivery methods

If a package is not picked up and is consequently returned to us, we will charge you the cost of returning the order, which corresponds to the shipping cost of the delivery method.

If the delivery is returned to us, for example due to the absence of a delivery notice, the responsibility for the delivery transfers to the delivery company instead of the customer. The uncollected package returned to us can be resent by agreement. In this case, the customer must pay the shipping costs regardless of the order value.

Delivery methods, EU countries

The available country-specific delivery methods can be seen by selecting the desired destination country in the shopping cart.

  • PostNord MyPack Collect: The shipment will arrive at the pickup point selected by the recipient, typically within 1–2 business days in Finland, 2–4 business days in the Nordics, and 2–6 business days in Europe. Delivery times vary depending on the region.
  • Posti EMS – Express Service: Express Mail Service (EMS) shipments are transported abroad using the fastest available transport method. Delivery to the recipient's address. Delivery time to EU countries: 1–3 business days.
  • Posti Parcel Connect: Parcel delivery. Delivered to the nearest pickup point or destination via DHL or Bring, depending on the destination country. Delivery time is 3–8 business days depending on the delivery address. For available country-specific delivery options, select the destination country in the shopping cart.

Multi-parcel shipments abroad

Larger shipments may arrive in multiple parcels and therefore at slightly different times. Please note that international deliveries are sent in two separate shipments. As a result, the parcels may arrive at different times.

Delivery methods, other European countries (non-EU)

  • Post EMS: express service. Express Mail Service shipments are transported abroad using the fastest possible means. Delivery to the recipient's address.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Product prices include VAT, which is determined by the tax rate of the country of delivery. We reserve the right to change prices.

For business customers within the EU, we can sell products without VAT (0% VAT).

We also deliver products VAT-free (0% VAT) to Åland and outside the EU.

Note! If it is possible to sell products at 0% VAT to the destination country, the prices will be updated accordingly when you select a non-EU country as the delivery destination in the shopping cart.

We indicate the estimated delivery time on the product page.

Delivery times may vary between different products depending on availability.

Satisfaction Guarantee, Return Policy, and Right of Return

  • Products you order have a 60-day return policy.
  • Only unused and resalable products in their original packaging can be returned.
  • The right of return does not apply to custom-made products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.


To exercise the right of return, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase through a clear message. Failure to pick up or return the goods is not sufficient grounds to cancel the purchase. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send a notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires (60 days from the delivery date).

Refund upon cancellation of purchase

We will refund your money within 14 days after we have received the cancellation notice and the product has been returned and the return accepted. The refund will also cover any shipping costs you paid when ordering the product. If we need additional information (such as international bank account number (IBAN), bank identification code (BIC), and address) for the refund, we will contact you.

Shipments damaged during transport

Despite careful packaging, packages can be damaged during transport. Therefore, it is important that you check the condition of the package in the presence of an official at the time of pickup. If the package has been damaged during transport and the ordered product(s) are also damaged, you must immediately file a damage report. After that, please contact our customer service to arrange delivery of a replacement product.
