FILTER CLEANING
Grease filter cleaning interval: every 30 operating hours / every 2 months.

A cooker hood filter can be either replaceable or washable. Most commonly, the metallic grease filter in a cooker hood is washable, but even washable grease filters should be replaced from time to time if necessary. Please note that an unclean cooker hood and filter can pose both hygiene and fire safety risks.

A washable grease filter should be soaked for 15–20 minutes, for example, in a sink filled with hot water and dishwashing detergent. After soaking, rinse the filter thoroughly and let it dry. Some filter models can also be cleaned in a dishwasher. You can also use a dedicated degreasing agent for cleaning the filter.
