FILTER CLEANING

The cooker hood filter can be either replaceable or washable. In most cases, the metal grease filter of the cooker hood must be washed, but it is still advisable to change the grease filter to be washed from time to time. Please note that an uncleaned cooker hood and its filter are a hygiene and fire safety risk.

It is advisable to put the washable grease filter to soak for 15-20 minutes, for example in a sink where hot water and dishwashing detergent have been put. The filter is then rinsed thoroughly and clearly dried. Some filter models can also be washed in the dishwasher. You can also use a degreaser for this purpose to clean the filter.
