Ilto / Swegon Casa W80 | W100 – Coarse Filter (1 pc)
- 1 coarse filter sheet G3 (EU3), 275x344 mm (exhaust air)
Coarse Filter
The coarse filter sheets for supply and exhaust air tend to get dirty faster than the fine filter for supply air. By ordering extra coarse filters, you can replace only the coarse filter sheets for supply and exhaust air as needed, without having to replace the fine filter.
Filter Replacement
Remember to replace the filters often enough. Clogged filters do not function as intended.
The recommended filter replacement interval is 2–3 times per year.
A good rule of thumb is to replace the ventilation system’s filters in the spring and autumn.
Also, clean any loose dirt from the ventilation unit, for example with a vacuum cleaner.
Make sure the surfaces of the heat exchanger are clean as well, and wash them if necessary with a suitable cleaning agent.
Good Indoor Air
Good-quality indoor air is free from dust, odors, drafts, and tastes – it is almost "invisible."
However, everyone can consciously or unconsciously feel its positive impact on well-being.
In contrast, poor indoor air is quickly noticeable due to its various problems.
Filters are one of the most important components in a ventilation system and significantly affect indoor air quality. That’s why it pays to invest in both filter quality and regular filter replacements – to minimize harmful air pollutants and particles from outdoor air, and thereby improve indoor air-related health.
