ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER SET for ILTO 300 / 350 / 400 ventilation unit includes:
- 1 fine filter cassette with activated carbon (supply air) ePM2.5 55% (= M6), 135x400x28 mm
- 2 white coarse filter mats (supply and exhaust air) Coarse 80% (= G4), 180x400 mm
This filter set fits all Ilto 300, Ilto 350, Ilto 400, and Swegon Casa 400M ventilation units.

For our Ilto 300, Ilto 350, Ilto 400, and Swegon Casa 400M accessory filters, we have selected high-quality Finnish materials from a Finnish manufacturer. These closely match the original filters’ construction and performance. This enables us to offer our customers solutions for good indoor air quality, low filter pressure drop, long service life, and low energy consumption.
FINE FILTER CASSETTE WITH ACTIVATED CARBON
The filter cassette contains laminated activated carbon granules, which capture not only particles but also gases such as smoke odors. The effectiveness of odor filtration depends on various factors, such as the air volume in the ventilation unit and the intensity of the odor. When the filter can no longer absorb odors, it still functions as a regular particle filter.

Extra Coarse Filters
The coarse filter mat for supply air often becomes dirty and clogged faster than the fine filter cassette for supply air. By ordering extra coarse filters, you can replace only the coarse filter mats when needed without changing the fine filter cassette.
FILTER REPLACEMENT
Remember to replace filters often enough. Clogged filters do not work as intended.
The recommended filter replacement interval is four times per year.
Also remove any loose debris from the ventilation unit, for example by vacuuming.
Check the cleanliness of the heat recovery cell and wash it if necessary with a suitable cell cleaner.
INSTALLATION OF FILTERS AND AIRFLOW DIRECTION
Fine filter cassettes with activated carbon are marked with an arrow indicating airflow direction, making installation easy.
In a G4 filter, airflow direction is irrelevant due to the filter’s homogeneous construction.
GOOD INDOOR AIR QUALITY
When indoor air is of good quality, it is dust-free, odorless, draft-free, and tasteless! It is somehow “imperceptible.” Yet everyone senses its positive effects, consciously or unconsciously.
In contrast, poor indoor air with related problems is quickly identified.
Filters are one of the most important components in ventilation systems and significantly affect indoor air quality. Therefore, it is worth investing in filter replacement and quality to minimize harmful pollutants and particles from outdoor air and thereby improve the health benefits of indoor air.

Activated carbon cassette:
- Meets ePM2.5 55% (= M6) according to the new ISO 16890 standard
- Activated carbon content approx. 150 g/m²
- Made of moisture-resistant polyester
- The cassette has a robust frame strip that does not reduce the filtration surface

Aktiivihiili vähentää naapureiden takan hajua
Aktiivihiilisuodattimet ovat olleet viime syksystä asti käytössä ja suodattaa aika hyvin naapureiden takan hajut. Suodatusteho kestää talven lämmityskaudella noin pari kuukautta jonka jälkeen filtteri alkaa päästää enemmän hajuja sisälle.

Nopeasti toimitettu, tuote oli juuri sitä mitä luvattiin ja sopi Ilto350 koneeseen mainiosti. Laitto oli helppo!

Tällainen aktiivihiilisuodatin ollut käytössämme reilun vuoden ja se on selvästi suodattavampi verrattuna tavalliseen, varsinkin näin tiheästi rakennetulla omakotialueella missä varsinkin talvella ja syksyisin joka talossa takkaa ja/tai paljuja lämmitellään

Tuotepaketti on hyvä ilmanvaihtokoneeseen. Olen jo vuosikaudet ostanut nämä tuotteet suodatinkeskukselta.

Liikkeestä tällaisen tollon naisen on ollut aina työlästä lähteä suodattimia etsimään, kun palvelua ei saa. Nytkin jännitin, että osasinko oikean ottaa vaan passelit tuli ja suoraa pakettiautomaattiin, ei tarvitse 60km ajella turhaa.

Kuuratukka
Tuote itsessään hyvä. Tuotteen toimitus vaan kesti pari viikkoa. Eikä siinä mitään ei aina ole tavaraa varastossa mutta kun koko tuotteen toimitus ajan suodatinkeskuksen verkkokauppa näytti kyseiselle tuotteelle että "varastossa". Se teki asiasta ruman.
