Finnish activated carbon filter set for ILOX 77 ventilation units. The high-quality accessory filter set combines effective fine particle filtration and the odor-binding ability of activated carbon. Activated carbon helps reduce odors and certain gaseous pollutants carried with the supply air.
The filter set is suitable for ILOX 77 (ILOXAIR 77) ventilation units.

ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER FEATURES
The activated carbon fine filter cartridge contains activated carbon that binds certain gaseous impurities and odors, such as smoke odors. At the same time, the filter removes small particles from the supply air.
The odor-binding capacity of activated carbon is affected by factors such as the amount of air in the ventilation system, the strength of the odors, and the filter's operating time. Once the activated carbon's odor-binding capacity has weakened, the filter will continue to function as a regular particle filter.

FILTER REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE
We recommend changing the filters twice a year to ensure that the ventilation system works as designed and the filters do not become clogged. A good rule of thumb is to change the filters in spring and autumn. The actual need for replacement depends on the operating conditions and the amount of pollutants in the outdoor air.
When replacing filters, it is also worth:
Remove loose dirt accumulated in the ventilation unit, for example by vacuuming.
Check the cleanliness of the heat recovery cell and clean it if necessary according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Ensure that the fine filter cartridge is installed in accordance with the arrow indicating the direction of airflow.
ACCESSORIES
Pair of additional coarse filters
The coarse filter fabrics in the supply and exhaust air can become dirty faster than the fine filter cartridge. With an additional pair of coarse filters, you can replace only the coarse filters if necessary without replacing the fine filter cartridge.
Likavex cell cleaner
The cleanliness of the heat recovery cell affects the operation of the ventilation unit. Likavex is a dilutable cleaning agent that is suitable for cleaning heat recovery cells and many other surfaces according to the manufacturer's instructions.
PRF cleaning foam
Multi-purpose cleaning foam, suitable for cleaning, among other things, the heat recovery cell of an air handling unit and various surfaces, taking into account the cleaning instructions for the material.
