COOKER HOOD MAINTENANCE

Cleaning the grease filter: (30 operating hours / 2 months)
Replacing the activated carbon filter: (120 operating hours). Remove the grease filter. Twist off the carbon filters and install the new ones in place. Remember to clean the grease filter at the same time.

COOKER HOOD VENTILATION

In a recirculating cooker hood, the air and steam passing through the hood are filtered using an activated carbon filter. The filtered air is returned to the room through the hood’s outlet grille.

If you have a ducted cooker hood where the air and steam are directed outside through a ventilation duct, you do not need an activated carbon filter.
