Use the floor/carpet nozzle to clean hard surfaces with the brush out, and carpets with the brush withdrawn. The brush can be withdrawn or pushed out by pushing the button on top of the nozzle. The nozzle also works well in sidewise movement.
The hard floor nozzle or a nozzle with a wheel are best suited for regular use on hard floor surfaces.

Hello!
Yes, this has been a very good experience with Suodatinkeskus and they promptly supplied the part that works quite well. It is somewhat expensive, but hopefully there is a warranty of its performance for some duration.
