FOR MORE INFORMATION
The bag filter is made of high quality synthetic fiber, and the filter frame is made of durable recyclable metal.

The openings of the conical bags are designed to stay separate from the force of the air flow, which allows an even distribution of the air flow throughout the filter in an optimal way. When the filter is dimensioned correctly, the bag filter evenly filters contaminants over the entire surface area of the bag. If the airflow does not manage to open the bags completely, usually the contaminants will only accumulate at the mouth of the bag and the rest of the bag will be clean.

The optimal filter category should be selected based on the settings of the machine. To ensure this, we recommend that you use the same filtering class for which the machine was originally designed for.

Changing the filtration class usually requires a comprehensive re-mapping of the ventilation, adjustment of the valves, and configuration of the machine. If you place a wrong filtration class filter in the machine, it can cause an imbalance in the whole ventilation.

The filtration classes used in the machines are coarse COARCE class filters (G3 / G4), as well as fine filters according to the ISO 16890 standard (M5 / F7 / F8) and class F9 wide-area filters.

ISO 16890 FILTERS
The global ISO 16890 standard entered into force on 1 July 2018 and also replaced the EN779: 2012 standard used in Finland. ISO 16890 has stricter criteria than before. For example, the degree of separation of the next filters was measured in only one particle size, now in three size classes. The filters in our selection follow the new standard.

EXAMPLE OF INTERPRETATION OF DIMENSIONS OF BAG FILTERS
(A x B - C / D [Filter Category]):

Frame width (A = side to which the mouths of the bags are attached) x height (B) (mm x mm)
Depth of bags (C) (mm)
Number of bags (D) (eg 6 pcs)
Filter category (G3, G4, M5, F7, F8, F9)

This notation method (AxB-C/D) is used overall in the industry,
and is designed to ensure that the number of filter bags,
the length as well as the direction will be correct.
